Danielle Mejia Cruz is an experienced program manager currently serving as the AchieveAble Programs Manager at Able Works since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing a program for community college students in the Bay Area, planning budget strategies, connecting students to resources, and providing life and career coaching. Prior professional experience includes roles such as Health Access Specialist at the Community Health Initiative of Orange County, where Danielle connected families to healthcare services, and Behavioral Therapist at Behavioral Health Works, Inc., providing ABA therapy. Danielle has also worked in various capacities including as a caregiver, intern in HR at World Vision, and a fellow with AmeriCorps focusing on disaster resiliency. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from Biola University, obtained in 2017.
