Meagan Downie Knowles is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Able Australia since February 2023, Meagan previously held leadership roles, including Director of People Experience & Capability and Acting Executive Director of People at Peninsula Health, from March 2020 to February 2023. Other notable positions include Manager of Human Resources & Organisational Development at Windermere Child and Family Services, Senior Manager of People & Culture at Uniting Vic.Tas, and HR & National Training Manager at Ardoch.
