Zamir Hoxha is an experienced Engineering Project Specialist at Abissnet since September 2011 and currently serves as the electrical technician manager at LLAZO, a position held since June 2021. Zamir holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës, completed between 2004 and 2009.
