Sharon Firmin is an experienced professional in the education sector, currently serving as Curriculum Manager at Abingdon and Witney College since January 2013. Responsible for delivering a diverse curriculum, Sharon oversees HE Business courses and professional qualifications such as AAT, CIPD, and ILM, primarily for adult learners. As HE Programme Lead, Sharon facilitates various HE courses in association with Oxford Brookes University, teaching modules in Business, Land Management, and Event Management. Previously, Sharon has held roles as a tutor and assessor in ICT and Business Administration, worked as a substantive and sessional tutor for Oxfordshire County Council, and served as a self-employed Business Management Skills Tutor. Sharon began in the property sector as an Associate Creative Director at Smith-Woolley/Savills and has a solid academic foundation with a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and a BSc Hons in Rural Land Management.
