Mikayla Wieser is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in leadership, education, and community management. Currently serving as a Team Lead and Teacher at CityLight LA, Mikayla trains ministry workers and teaches Bible stories to children. As a Community Navigator with AbilityFirst, Mikayla manages a caseload of clients, ensuring high satisfaction rates through timely access to programs. In the US Army, Mikayla excels as a Human Resources Officer, leading a team of HR specialists to maintain strong personnel readiness. Additional roles include Dance Instructor, Swim Instructor, and Chapter Vice President at Turning Point USA, demonstrating a strong commitment to mentorship and community engagement. Mikayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC Irvine and is pursuing an MBA at Troy University.
