Jane Ludtke has extensive experience in the disability sector, currently serving as a Customer Employment Counsellor at Ability Works Australia Ltd since May 2024, where one-on-one counselling focuses on supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful employment. Concurrently, Jane operates a private counselling practice with adaptABLE, specializing in assistance for individuals with disabilities and their carers. Previous roles include General Manager for Independence and Community Living at OC Connections, Senior Manager at Ermha Ltd overseeing complex services, and Senior Manager of Local Area Coordination at the Brotherhood of St Laurence. Jane's foundational work at EACH involved development and management of services supporting transitions to the NDIS and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Disability Studies.
