Martín Tripiana has a diverse work experience. Martín has been the Director of AI Lab at Abi Global Health since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at Aplicaciones en Informática Avanzada from May 2019 to April 2020 and at Knowledge Discovery and Predictions (KDP) from October 2017 to May 2019.

Before transitioning to data science, Martín had a successful career in Physics research. Martín worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Institut de Fisica d'Altes Energies (IFAE) from April 2014 to July 2017 and at Instituto de Fisica de La Plata (IFLP) from April 2012 to April 2014. At IFAE, they led and actively participated in big data analyses for new Physics, coordinated research groups, and worked on data analysis frameworks used by the community.

In addition, Martín has experience as a CERN summer student supervisor in 2012, where they supervised a student's project related to the ATLAS detector.

Martín completed their PhD in Physics Science from Universidad Nacional de La Plata - CERN in March 2012, with a thesis focusing on the measurement of inclusive isolated prompt photon production in pp collisions at sqrt(s)=7 TeV. During their PhD studies, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Universidad Nacional de La Plata, assisting in various physics and mathematics courses.

Martín Tripiana received their education from various institutions and obtained degrees in different fields of study. Martín began their education at Conservatorio Beethoven, where they pursued a degree in Piano from 1989 to 1997. Following that, they attended EET N3, where they completed a degree in Computing from 1996 to 2001.

Martín continued their education at Universidad Nacional de La Plata, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics between 2002 and 2007. Martín further pursued their studies at the same institution and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in High Energy Physics from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Martín Tripiana has also obtained several certifications in various fields.
