Aleh Padhaiski is an experienced game designer and developer with a diverse background in the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Unity 3D Developer at Abelana VR Productions since July 2020, Aleh focuses on developing educational VR applications. Prior experience includes co-owning MadRobotLab and working as a game designer from January 2016 to May 2023, alongside freelance game design projects and designing casual games at BePlayed. Additionally, Aleh has a strong foundation in programming, having worked as an AS 3.0 programmer at Synesis and as a script programmer at SteelMonkeys. Educational qualifications include degrees from Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel and Belarusian National Technical University.
