Ahmed Elgohary is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of HR Strategy & Planning at Abdul Latif Jameel since November 2014, Ahmed also heads Corporate HR Planning, Internal Communications, Employee Experience, and HR Transformation. Prior positions include HR Manager at Egypt Foods Group and North East Africa HRSS Manager at PepsiCo, where Ahmed successfully implemented key HR initiatives and corporate strategies. With a foundational background in HR management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Menofia University, Ahmed brings a comprehensive understanding of linking HR strategies with business objectives to foster engagement and high-performance cultures.
