Rupesh Sawhney has over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing and distillery industry. Rupesh began their career at National Industrial Corporation Ltd as a Distillery Chemist from 1999 to 2001. Rupesh then worked at Pilkhani Distillery & Chemical Works as a Senior Executive in Manufacturing from 2001 to 2008. Rupesh joined Chandigarh Distillers & Bottlers Ltd in 2008 as an Assistant Manager in Bottling, where they stayed until 2010. Currently, they are a Manufacturing Manager at Allied Blenders & Distillers P. Ltd, responsible for overall production operations, sales coordination, maintenance, logistics, and statutory liasoning. Rupesh has successfully ensured effective production and meeting sales requirements.

Rupesh Sawhney completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Alcohol Technology (DIFAT) from VSI, Pune, between the years 1995 and 1996.
