Nass Seridji is a Senior UX Researcher at Centene Corporation, focusing on UX research initiatives for the TruCare Cloud internal system since April 2023. Previously, Nass served as a Senior UX Researcher at Abcam, leading UX research for a global e-commerce digital transformation and developing various research methodologies, personas, experience maps, and user journey mappings. Experience includes roles as a User Experience Consultant at Les Arts Décoratifs, conducting customer journey optimization, and as a UX Researcher at Valens SAS and GMV Conseil, executing comprehensive UX research studies and promoting Lean UX methodologies. Early career included tax consulting at PwC Société d'Avocats, specializing in patrimonial and tax optimizations for major companies. Nass holds a Master in International Marketing from Hult International Business School and two Master's degrees in law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
