Sara Venturini currently serves as a Global Human Resources Business Partner in R&D at AbbVie since March 2024. Previously, Sara worked at TomTom as a Global HRBP Go-To-Market, where responsibilities included advising executive leaders on HR strategies for a 500-employee Sales & Marketing organization. Sara's extensive experience includes significant roles at Nike, including EMEA HR Manager Marketplace and Category Sales Manager for the Jordan brand, as well as positions at Samsung Electronics, Olycom s.p.a., AFA Press, and HP. Sara holds an MBA from Università Bocconi and completed HR-focused programs at The Wharton School and Cornell University. Additionally, Sara possesses language proficiency in English, French, and Spanish.
