Rebecca Cuccurullo serves as an Employee Relations Manager at AbbVie and holds the position of Project Manager in Business Human Resources for Allergan Aesthetics. With a robust HR background, Rebecca has facilitated global HR projects, including talent development and engagement initiatives, and has developed programs to enhance women's empowerment within the Allergan Aesthetics brand. Previously, Rebecca contributed significantly as an HR Business Partner at AbbVie, where projects included creating vital HR resources and supporting integration efforts post-merger. Earlier experiences include serving as an International Peer Advisor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and internships in various HR functions at AbbVie. Rebecca holds a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
