Krystal Topps, CPA, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of R&D Finance in the Clinical Portfolio at AbbVie since February 2021, Krystal oversees a team managing global budgets of $465 million and a headcount of 599. Prior to this role, Krystal held positions such as Senior Finance Manager at Assertio Therapeutics, responsible for financial support during a strategic transition, and at Akorn, leading revenue accounting and ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX 404.
