Johan Florin is a seasoned leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in commercial operations and brand management. Currently serving as Director of International for HUMIRA and Rheumatology Performance Lead at AbbVie, Johan oversees cross-functional strategies and performance tracking for a significant rheumatology portfolio. Previous roles at AbbVie include Global Director for HUMIRA and Commercial Director for Specialty Care, where Johan managed a diverse range of therapeutic brands. Prior to AbbVie, Johan held leadership positions at Bluefish Pharmaceuticals and Mylan, focusing on market access and commercialization. Johan also contributed as Chairman of the Board at FGL - The Association for Generic Pharmaceuticals and Biosimilars. Johan holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology and is pursuing an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
