Patrick Kippes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering across multiple organizations. As Divisional Vice President at Abbott and a Leadership Consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, Kippes has demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership. Previously, Kippes held significant roles at Cepheid, including Vice President of Research and Development, Senior Director of Engineering and R&D, and Director of Manufacturing Engineering. In addition, Kippes served as Global Design Leader at Phillips-Medisize and General Manager for New Technology Platforms at KOITO MANUFACTURING CO., LTD. Kippes holds a Bachelor of Science in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Pittsburg State University and a Master of Science in Materials Science from Purdue University.
