Neelam Palav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within the healthcare and project coordination sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Coordination & EHS at Abbott since July 2022, Neelam previously held a managerial position in the Vice President's office at Abbott Healthcare from October 2010 to August 2022. Prior to that, Neelam contributed as an Assistant Manager in Project Coordination at USV PRIVATE LIMITED for over a decade. Academic qualifications include a DHRM and DBM in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ramnarain Ruia College, and a Masters in Social Work from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Additionally, training in IOSH was completed in August 2023, further enhancing expertise in occupational health and safety.
