Marcelo Palley is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and project management, currently serving as Sr. Director - Chief of Staff, PMO and Operational Excellence at Abbott since January 2013. Prior to this role, Marcelo held various positions at Roche from 1990 to 2011, including IT Global Head of Business Intelligence, where responsibilities included managing a significant budget and a team across multiple countries while restructuring the BI area. Marcelo also demonstrated effective leadership as CIO Brazil, overseeing IT operations for Roche Pharmaceutics and managing substantial budgets and teams. Marcelo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas.
