Henk Debel is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in regional and divisional leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Divisional Vice President for EMEA at Abbott since September 2018, Henk has previously held significant positions including Regional Director for Emerging Markets and France/BeNeLux. Prior to Abbott, Henk was General Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands at Smith & Nephew and served as General Manager and Country Sales Director at CR Bard, overseeing a P&L responsibility of $55 million. Henk's career also includes leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company, AstraZeneca, and Aventis Pharmaceutical, demonstrating expertise in sales management and strategic marketing. Henk holds a Bachelor's degree in nursing from ST John College in Brughes and has pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication at VLEKHO Business School Brussels.
