Dereck Yatzook is currently serving as a Senior Clinical Specialist in the Electrophysiology Division at Abbott since October 2023. Prior to this role, Dereck Yatzook worked at Artec Machine Systems as a Project Manager from September 2002 to October 2023, where responsibilities included the specification and purchase of rotating equipment while managing an ISO 9001 accredited quality system. Additional experience includes a position as a Field Service Technician at Connecticut Environment Control in 2003, focusing on the installation of large residential HVAC systems, and as a Field Service Installer at Nealon Insulation from May 2001 to May 2002, overseeing insulation installation crews. Dereck Yatzook holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven (1999-2004) and is pursuing a certification in Electrophysiology at Abbott EP Institute from November 2023 to July 2024.
