Craig Bryson currently serves as DVP & Associate General Counsel for Corporate Legal at Abbott, leading a legal team that supports various corporate functions and initiatives. With extensive experience in the legal field, previous roles include DVP & Associate General Counsel for Abbott Medical Optics, Area Counsel for Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Senior Counsel in multiple specialties, including licensing, IP strategy, corporate transactions, and M&A. Prior to joining Abbott, Craig served as Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at Frost Brown Todd LLC and held a Senior Associate position at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP. Craig’s early career includes work as a Legislative Aide for the Ohio House of Representatives. Craig holds a J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University and a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and French from Miami University.
