Alexis Sermeno serves as the Global Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development Consulting at Abbott since June 2012, providing expertise in organization design, mergers and acquisitions, change management, culture change, and employee engagement. Additionally, Alexis is the President of TOP-C Consulting LLC, which specializes in enhancing business performance through strategy execution and organizational realignment. Previous roles include senior positions at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kennametal, Katzenbach Partners, McDonald’s Corporation, ARAMARK, and others, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Alexis holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MA in Organizational Design and Effectiveness from Fielding Graduate University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
