Jillian Pace, CPA, MST, is a Tax Manager in ASL’s Real Estate Group. She has over six years of experience in public accounting specializing in partnership taxation. She has extensive experience consulting her clients on a number of partnership tax matters including, evaluating the tax and legal aspects of partnership agreements, determining partnership allocations, maintaining 704(b) capital accounts, dealing with acquisitions and sale transactions, basis computations, etc. Jillian also has experience providing corporate tax compliance services to S and C corporations, including services for consolidated entities and provision work, as well as some experience assisting clients with their international and state and local tax compliance needs.
