Ivette Carrasco, CPA, is a Tax Manager in ASL’s Real Estate Group. Ivette has over five years of public accounting experience in tax compliance, concentrating in partnership taxation. She has gained extensive experience on a number of partnership transactions including, partnership allocations, like-kind exchanges, purchase and sale of real estate, basis computations, and basis step-up calculations. Due to Ivette’s extensive experience, she has also assisted with IRS and California FTB audits.
