Stacey R. is a Learning and Development Specialist at Abbott Nutrition NL since August 2023, responsible for designing and administering training programs to enhance employee performance and address organizational needs. Previously, Stacey served as Assistant Principal and CTE Director at Central Arizona Valley Industrial Technology School District from July 2020 to September 2023, and as Director of Career and Educational Services and Project Manager/Instructional Designer at Pima County JTED between August 2014 and July 2020. Before that, Stacey held various roles at the American Red Cross from 2005 to June 2014, including Training Development Program Manager and National Director of Training Delivery, where substantial training programs were developed to drive organizational change and cost savings. Stacey's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Student Programs at Olympic College and as an AgriScience and Health Occupations Educator at Flowing Wells School District. Education includes a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Biological Science Education from the University of Arizona.
