Bruce Wells is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering management. Currently serving as Manager of IT Works Product Development at Abba Technologies since June 2008, Bruce oversees the IT Works product, which delivers proactive IT managed services to the SMB market. Previous roles include Project Manager/Consultant at OSO Technologies, where Bruce managed the construction of a data center and disaster recovery site, and Director of International Network Engineering at MCI, responsible for implementing MPLS interconnections in the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong background at MCI, Bruce held positions such as Director of Engineering and Executive Manager, where responsibilities included leading large teams, developing product roadmaps, and creating automation testing tools. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
