Swenja Woschitz possesses extensive experience in human resources and project management, with a focus on HR transformation initiatives. Currently serving in the Project Management Office (PMO) for an HR Transformation Program at ABB, Swenja previously held the role of Vice President for HR Transformation at Credit Suisse, where additional responsibilities included Channel Management and Campus Recruitment. Prior roles at Credit Suisse involved HR Campus Recruitment and a summer internship in HR. Swenja also gained experience in administrative support at the Department of Business Administration at the University of Zurich and completed a summer internship in marketing at Coca-Cola Amatil.
