Despina Kourasani is an accomplished professional with a strong background in engineering and customer support. Currently serving as a Sales & Customer Support Engineer at ABB since April 2024, Kourasani previously held the position of Technical Support Engineer at Sychem Group from July 2023 to March 2024 and also at IAPONIKI from May 2017 to November 2021. Kourasani's entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Miss Perfect Cafe included developing a comprehensive business plan, overseeing operations, and fostering a customer-centric culture. Additionally, Kourasani contributed to education as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Energy Systems from the same institution, Kourasani possesses a solid technical foundation complemented by practical experience in sales, technical support, and business management.
