Siavash Bitaraf currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at ABAX since April 2024. Prior to this role, Siavash held several leadership positions at Efficy from October 2021 to April 2024, including Vice President of Account Management and Head of Customer Success. Siavash also worked as a Transformation Manager at Tele2 from February to October 2021. At APSIS, between April 2018 and February 2021, Siavash held multiple roles such as Head of Consultancy and Chief of Organizational Excellence. From May 2013 to March 2018, Siavash served as the Head of OPS-Readiness & Process Owner of Change at Com Hem AB, overseeing a team focused on Quality Assurance, Change Management, and Service Delivery. Earlier experiences include contributions to the SOC and NOC teams at Com Hem AB, as well as a role in 2nd line support at Telenor Sverige AB from February 2011 to May 2013.
