Sandra Alameda Melgares is a seasoned IT recruiter with extensive experience in selecting technology profiles across various levels and technologies. Currently serving as a Senior IT Recruiter at Abalia since October 2021, Sandra participates in all phases of the recruitment process. Previously, Sandra held the position of Senior IT Talent Acquisition at Azertium IT and worked as a Talent Consultant at Experis, where direct candidate sourcing and recruitment were key responsibilities.
