Client Support Engineer at Abacus Group

Alejandro de Varona has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Help Desk Technician at Trax USA Corp. Alejandro then worked at Target as a Sales Floor Team Member before joining Nutech Answers as a Help Desk Technician in 2018. In 2019, they held the role of Onsite Support Specialist at Proton Dealership IT, where they provided onsite IT support and coordinated software changes and installations. Additionally, they were involved in troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware replacements. From 2019 to 2021, Alejandro worked as a Network Engineer at L7 Solutions, where they provided on-site and remote IT support, collaborating in the development and maintenance of IT support processes. Currently, they are working at Abacus Group as a Client Support Engineer, with a focus on providing technical support to clients.

Alejandro de Varona attended the Continuing Education program at the University of Miami from 2022 to 2023, where they pursued a Bootcamp in Cybersecurity. Prior to that, they completed their General Education Development (GED) from the M-DCPS English Center in 2015 and 2016, with a focus on Network and System Administration/Administrator.
