Prior to this, Rafael held various roles at QuintoAndar from April 2019 to June 2020, including Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator. Experience also includes positions as Operations Manager and Project Manager at Offerwise, along with engineering roles at Hatch and consulting at Instituto Aquila. Rafael's educational background includes a CBA in Business Management from Ibmec, a technical specialization in Industrial Instrumentation and Process Control from SENAI, and a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
