Janaka Bandara has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Janaka started their career as a Software Developer at Fiverr in 2013 and worked there until 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Web Designer and Developer at Pixelz. In 2014, they interned at AdroitLogic as a Software Engineering Intern.

After that, they joined oDesk as a Software Developer from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to AdroitLogic as a Developer, where they contributed to the creation of enterprise integration solutions for clients from various industries.

In 2017, Janaka joined SLAppForge, where they worked as a Developer until 2023. SLAppForge aims to popularize serverless computing and they played a role in developing their flagship product, Sigma.
