Sakari Pesonen has held a variety of roles in their career. In 2007, they began as a Fish Worker at Myre Fiskemottak AS. In 2010, they became a Sales Representative at Humac Oy. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Teaching Assistant at Aalto University School of Science and Technology. In 2014, they were an intern at Vaisala as a Giant Leap Intern, where they implemented a test automation solution for a system level product. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Consultant at Eficode, focusing on test automation and continuous integration consulting, tool implementation and coaching. In 2016, they became a DevOps Engineer and America's Customer Success Engineer at Bitbar. Finally, in 2019, they became the CPO and Co-Founder of Aatos.app, a consumer law platform providing consumers a way to take care of their legal matters completely online.

Sakari Pesonen completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Automation and Control Engineering from Aalto University between 2010 and 2016. Sakari then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Automation and Control Engineering and Intelligent Products from Aalto University, which they completed in 2016.
