Jina Verzal Ragland has a diverse background in various roles within healthcare and advocacy. Currently, Jina is serving as the Associate State Director of Advocacy and Outreach at AARP. Prior to this, Jina held positions such as Vice President of Advocacy and Regulations at the Nebraska Medical Association and Specialty Societies and Special Projects Director at the Nebraska Department of Insurance. Jina's career has also included roles in health insurance, mental health, and social services. Jina holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
