Hilary Toups has a robust background in engineering, with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, earned between 1983 and 1987. Hilary served as an Engineer/PE at AT&T from January 1988 to February 2019, focusing on equipment engineering, inter-office facility planning, circuit capacity management, and technical space planning. Currently, since February 2020, Hilary contributes as a Tax-Aide Volunteer with the AARP Foundation, providing tax counseling for the elderly.
