Al McKay has extensive experience in tax assistance and educational consulting, currently serving as a Volunteer TaxAide Instructor and Volunteer Tax Counselor at AARP Foundation since January 2014. Prior to this role, Al McKay was involved in various capacities at Delta College Corporate Services from 2004, including Learning Solutions Consultant and Director of Product Development, and held a significant career at Dow Chemical from 1977 to 2004 as a Manager/Consultant in Human Resources Development and Information Systems. Al McKay holds a Master's degree in Applied Science with a focus on Management Science and Organizational Development, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
