Phil Steur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer accounts management and retail operations. Currently serving as Customer Accounts Manager at Aaron's, Inc. since November 2015, Phil oversees credit and collections, logistics, customer service, sales, and marketing. Previously, as Store Manager at Rent-A-Center from January 2009 to June 2015, Phil significantly boosted monthly revenues and profits in multiple locations, while also mentoring several employees into management positions. Additional experience includes roles in sports management and marketing, with a strong background in coaching and team organization. Phil holds a certification in Collections Management from Hofstra University and has pursued studies in Criminal Justice/Sociology at the University at Albany.
