Simon Lund is an experienced finance professional, currently serving as Group CFO at IQ Metal Group since April 2020, overseeing corporate finance, reporting, and accounting, while also acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and board. In addition, Simon holds the position of External Censor of Business Academy Education at Aarhus Business College since June 2021. Prior roles include Senior Manager and local head of BSO at BDO, where Simon specialized in advisory, restructuring, and auditing for diverse businesses, as well as a prior audit senior at BDO UK LLP. Simon's educational background includes a Cand.Merc.Aud degree from Aalborg University, an HD in Accounting from Aarhus University, and a Merkonom in Economics from Aarhus Business College. Over the years, Simon has built extensive expertise in financial management, auditing, and compliance, particularly with GDPR.
