Sharon Robinette is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Aareon Group since December 2021, Sharon has previously held roles at PwC, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and Hogan Lovells, focusing on financial services, risk and regulation, and litigation. Additional experience includes a legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt and various positions in legal research and compliance at prominent law firms. Sharon holds both the 1st and 2nd state examination degrees in law from Goethe University Frankfurt and the Landgericht Darmstadt, respectively.
