Frauke Heister is an experienced senior human resources professional with a robust background in HR business partnership and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Aareal Bank AG since July 2022, Frauke has previously held the same title at Europäische Zentralbank from July 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes various positions at Deutsche Bank from April 2011 to June 2021, where roles included HR Business Partner, Team Head HR Business Advisory, and HR Business Advisor. Earlier in the career, Frauke worked as an HR Advisor at SEB from April 2007 to March 2011 and as a Key Account Manager at Hays from July 2003 to November 2006.
