Emily Himeles currently serves as Group CFO at AAR, a position held since November 2016, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to enhance growth and operational efficiency, as well as leading the finance and accounting organization. Previously, Emily held roles such as Director of Finance and Finance Manager at AAR, focusing on strategic growth and financial performance. Prior experience at Navistar Inc from January 2013 to October 2016 included positions such as Accounting Manager and Treasury Analyst, with a foundational role in the Finance & Accounting Leadership Development Program. Emily also gained financial analysis experience at MWM Motores Diesel and Macy's as an Audit Intern, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, International Business, and Spanish from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
