Maria Bista is the COO at Aaqua. Maria was previously the Managing Director, Head of Finance and Business Management at Barclays Investment Bank from November 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Central Services for Group Technology -TV & Digital platforms at Sky from December 2011 to November 2018. Maria has also held the position of Programme Manager- Product at Electronic Arts from October 2007 to December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for leading the delivery of all new product introductions for EA Europe including english and localised software packaged productand associated packs, digital, manuals and any inserts to achieve global street dates.

Maria Bista received their MA in Translation Studies from the University of Surrey.
