Jaclyn Babcock is an experienced program manager with a strong background in education and community engagement. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the Minority Ophthalmology Mentoring Program at the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Jaclyn previously held the role of Director for Career Pathways Programs at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula, where over 700 students benefited from career exploration initiatives. With a history of leadership in various roles, including Director of Programs at the Foundation for a College Education and Senior Program Manager at BUILD, Jaclyn successfully directed teams and managed programs that supported underrepresented students. Jaclyn's earlier experience includes positions in education as a Theatre Teacher/Prevention Coordinator and in event management with organizations like Marriott International and the San Mateo County/Silicon Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau. Jaclyn holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs with a concentration in social justice from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Education from the University of Arizona.
