Bill Bruce, CAE has a diverse background in information technology management, serving as the Chief Technology Officer at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Chief Information Officer at the American Psychiatric Association. With experience in managing IT operations, infrastructure, and customer support, Bill has also worked as a Sole Proprietor at Bruce Computer Solutions, providing consulting and support services. Prior to their career in IT, Bill served in the United States Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class managing construction projects. Bill holds an MBA in Business from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
