Lesley Arca currently serves as the Associate Director of State Government Affairs at the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology since October 2022. Arca's legal career includes serving as an Associate at Roetzel & Andress from August 2019 to March 2022 and as a Senior Associate Attorney at Jurisprudence Health Law Group PC from September 2013 to July 2019, where initial work began as a Law Clerk. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Law Student at the Family Advocacy Clinic, a Law Clerk for the US Department of Health and Human Services, a Legal Extern at Resurrection Health Care, a Consultant/Grantwriter for the Cyber Privacy Project, and a Project Assistant at Foley & Lardner LLP. Arca obtained a J.D. with Pro Bono Notation from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.A. in Biological Sciences and Asian American Studies from Northwestern University.
