Scott Chapman is the IT & Communication Manager at AAM. Scott has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, and has been with AAM for just over two years. Prior to joining AAM, Scott was the IT Manager at Hatch for eleven years. In their role at Hatch, Scott was responsible for delegating duties and tasks within the IT department, as well as monitoring all team members and providing necessary advice and guidance. Scott also performed periodic risk assessments and initiated risk control strategies, and was responsible for coaching all team members and motivating them to produce desired results.
In their current role at AAM, Scott is responsible for continuing to strive for excellence in customer service in line with the company values and expectations. Scott also resolves technical problems, either over the phone, remotely or face-to-face, and operates helpdesk to provide over the phone support. Additionally, they are responsible for installation and configuration of computer, phone, printer and other IT related systems, as well as application support for MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other current and new applications that exist within the organization.
After completing high school, Scott Chapman completed a certification in Frontline Management from an unspecified institution.
