Sanjay Kulkarni has extensive experience in the engineering and IT sectors, currently serving in various roles at American Axle and Manufacturing India since May 2004. Responsibilities include establishing a competency center for Engineering IT, defining best practices, and overseeing hiring for the center. Previously, Sanjay was a Lead Engineer at Bharat Forge Ltd, where involvement included the design and development of automotive forgings and mentoring a team of engineers. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University and ongoing certifications in Data Science and Power BI.
