Dawn Dagen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and management within the pharmaceutical and biomedical sectors. Currently serving as Compounding Manager and Product Development Scientist at Aalto Scientific, LTD., since December 2016, Dawn has led project teams in successfully transferring over 20 new products to mass production, designed custom products per Design Control processes, and drafted essential documentation to ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards. Prior roles included Development Technician II, where Dawn managed the transition of products from R&D to mass production and developed lyophilization cycles, and Development Technician I, focused on improving product stability and conducting root cause analyses. Earlier experience includes research roles at Gomillion Research Group and Dr. Pidaparti Research Group. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The University of Georgia.
