Tessa Struiksma has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems since March 2019. Prior roles include HR Business Partner and HR Officer at Cygnific from January 2017 to February 2019, and HR Business Partner Benelux, HR Assistant, and HR Trainee at The Body Shop from January 2011 to December 2016. Tessa began a career at Albert Heijn, where the role of Teamleider was held from May 2004 to May 2011. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with additional credentials from Nyenrode Business University and a PDL certification in 2013.
